What is your cancellation policy?

Every tour is free to cancel until its own deadline: day trips, 1 day before departure; trips of 2–3 days, 3 days before departure; trips of 4 days or more, 7 days before departure. Cancel on or before that deadline — 11:59 pm Vietnam time — and every dollar comes back; cancel after it and no refund is due. The exact date is shown on the tour page, at checkout, and on your booking.

Can I change my travel dates?

Not directly — we cannot move a booking to another departure. While your booking is still inside its free-cancellation deadline, cancel it for a full refund and book the date you want instead. Past that deadline the departure is closed to new bookings anyway, so contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

What happens if you cancel a departure?

If we cancel a departure, for any reason, you get 100% of what you paid back to your original payment method. The deadline binds you, not us.

Do I need a visa?

Most nationalities can apply for a Vietnam e-visa online. Sort it a couple of weeks before you travel and we can point you to the official portal.

When is the best time to visit?

It depends on the region — the north is best in spring and autumn, the centre from February to August, and the south in the December–April dry season.
